Coach Sarrive wearing the captain band!

🚨PLAYER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Please help us in giving a warm welcome back to our first signing, Sarrive Rukakiza! Going into his 8th year with the Iowa Raptors and a deserving team captain! Now in his fourth season in the Major Arena Soccer League 2, Sarrive has been a consistent top defender and gets better every year. We hope to see many blocks, goals and backflips from the 8 year Raptor man this season!
Sarrive is an Iowa City local playing ISC growing up and attending Iowa City High School. From Iowa City to Cedar Rapids Sarrive is a Mount Mercy Soccer alum and a current Evolution SC coach! Building local! 🦍⚽️🦖

There’s something special about twilight training sessions.

The lights come on, the air gets cooler, and the game slows down just enough to remind us why we love being here. It’s not just about drills or preparing for the next match. It’s about teammates becoming best friends, laughter between reps, parents watching from the sidelines, and memories that will last long after the final whistle.

Years from now, the scores will fade, but these evenings under the lights… these are the moments our players will never forget. 💜⚽🩵

Congratulations to our 15U Boys on an outstanding run at the Iowa Soccer Presidents Cup!

The boys battled, showed incredible grit, and earned a well-deserved second-place finish. While the championship wasn’t the final result they were hoping for, this team represented Evolution SC with pride, determination, and class every time they stepped on the field.

We’re proud of the players, coaches, and families for a fantastic weekend. Keep your heads high—this is just another step in your journey.

💜🩵 Congratulations, boys! We can’t wait to see what’s next.
