RecUnited is a league that was created by the City of Marion, Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, and Center Point who all joined together to make it possible for second through seventh grade girls to try out this new sport.

They asked NFL Iowa Legacy - Females In Flags to coach the girls and it was truly an honor to be part of this collaboration. Such great things can happen when we work together! We will be doing a fall league with RecUnited so stay tuned for those details! 🏈💪🔥🚀

A new league is giving girls in the Cedar Rapids area their first chance to play flag football. Rec United’s inaugural flag football league is open to girls from second through seventh grade in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha and Center Point.
