SUMMER CAMP IS HERE!

Looking for a fun and active way to keep your kids engaged this summer? Join us at Gracie Barra Centennial Summer Camp, June 15–19 from 9 AM–12 PM!

Kids ages 3–14 will learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, anti-bullying skills, confidence, discipline, and teamwork, all while making new friends and having a blast. No experience needed!

Games, activities, snacks, and plenty of fun included.

Friday Weekly Recap at noon at Gracie Barra Centennial.

This class is all about getting extra practice and live repetition of the techniques from the week. Instead of learning new moves, we focus on drilling, sharpening details, building confidence, and helping students feel more comfortable with everything they worked on in class throughout the week.

It’s a great way to improve muscle memory, ask questions, and get more quality mat time with the team before the weekend.
