THE STRONG MOM COLLECTIVE
Moms who prioritize themselves for 1 hour of the day so that we can continuously show up for the ones who need us.

Mommy Bootcamp is a 60 minute pelvic floor and core based strength training class built specifically for moms. We meet Wednesday & Friday at 10am.
The kids room is included for your more feral child, or you can keep your smaller babes with you!

There is nothing like being in the throws of postpartum, or having young kids...
