📍 Upper Saucon Park — meet in the parking lot by the pavilion
7:00 AM warm up/find a group/chat
7:15-8:15 out and back trail workout
8:15 Bagels and Coffee (the good part!)

We’ll have FOUR groups, so there is truly a place for everyone:

Walking Group
Run/Walk Group (3 minutes run. 1 minute walk)
Jogging Group
Running Group

Whether you are a long-time runner or just getting started, come find your pace with our community. Join us for a morning of miles, smiles, and local treats as we launch our biggest season yet! You do not need to be a current Member. SLRC is a great way to meet new people, get outside and move. Come learn about our group and the fun we have planned.

➡️ 7am Social Run/Walk – Multi-pace groups, including a “no-drop” walker option
➡️ 8am Coffee – Meet our group leaders and stay for the treats
➡️ Learn about SLRC- Come hear about our training opportunities and how the group works. Ask questions and see for yourself that this is an inclusive group (we promise it is not intimidating)
➡️ Learn about SLRC Membership and our involvement in Road Runners Club of America
➡️ Sign up for fall events and trainings (relay teams, walking training group, community cancer event and more!)
