We are proud to announce with our Women’s Wrestling initiative, we have added 2 amazing coaches to our staff to grow the sport of Women’s Wrestling.

Coach Ally and Coach Cece bring tons of knowledge, experience and accomplishments to the Lions Den. These two women are excited to teach the next generation of young girls to become the best they can be on and off the mat.

The UQA Lions Wrestling Program is actively welcoming new families to join our wrestling family!

Since 2018, UQA Lions Wrestling has continued to grow and become a staple in Queen Anne’s County and throughout Maryland’s Eastern Shore. We are proud to be a local program with our own dedicated mat room, serving athletes from 5 years old through middle school.

UQA Lions Wrestling is more than just a wrestling club. We are part of the UQA Lions Youth Association, and we are committed to investing in and supporting youth sports throughout our community. Our goal is to provide local youth with opportunities to learn, grow, compete, build confidence, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

We are incredibly excited for the upcoming season and can’t wait to welcome back our returning wrestlers and meet all of the new faces joining us on the mat!
