So, how has the first month of the year treated everyone? Have you had any success in reaching your goals for the year? I, have accomplished much pondering of the best way to reach my goals. I have discovered that change is not easy. The more ways that you find to be accountable and the bigger your support system the better the chances of success!

I find this picture funny and so true. In my 25+ years of work in the fitness industry I have always said that exercise is the fountain of youth. The photo was accompanied by an excellent article in RW magazine, backed with the research and evidence that what I have believed all along is true!! And all it takes is a small amount of time and a good pair of shoes.

I am pretty excited that the weather at home is looking more and more like horseback riding weather and yet an hour drive away there is still beautiful snow country to enjoy!! Spring= summer one day, winter the next. The absolute best of both worlds!

The winter weather certainly poses a problem for those wanting to stay fit. I have always found that my fitness level improves during the winter months due to having a little more time in my schedule to devote to training. This winter has been no exception. The 1-3 feet of snow on the ground and the -35 temps caused me to be very creative in my program design. I have done more cross training than in past years and have seen a noticeable strength improvement. I'm excited to share what I have executed and learned the past few months to keep my fitness level progressing. I'm looking forward to what the next few months will bring! www.fabb4life.com

We had such a great time! Hiking, horseback riding and camping. The number one reason that I stay fit? To keep up with my "liitle man". I love my son!!!
