Cumberland Valley’s Payton Basehore headlines Mid-Penn Commonwealth girls lacrosse All-Stars Mid-Penn Conference Commonwealth Division girls lacrosse coaches unveiled their All-Star selections Friday with Cumberland Valley's Payton Basehore receiving top honors.

🇺🇸🥍A huge shoutout to #4 Brynn Sekel, #6 Adele Henry, and #40 Reese Heverley. These three earned spots on the Central PA lacrosse team and competed in the USA Lacrosse National Tournament this weekend.
They faced brutal conditions, torrential rain and cold but they played through it, gave it their all, and represented the Lady Trojans incredibly well.
Congratulations on a well-deserved achievement! 🥍
