A community of people practicing yoga together, for the love of all things. There are several weekly classes, 6 week series, and Saturday morning retreats.
Daily Bread Yoga is a community of people who come together to practice yoga, and encourage each other in the practice of staying connected in mind, body, and spirit "off the mat" in our daily life. Daily Bread Yoga is facilitated by Rachel Bass-Guennewig, a certified and experienced yoga instructor, and a Lutheran pastor. Hopefully you can find a practice that is just what you are looking for.
