WOW!! This is Clare- she’s been following along with mine and my sister’s ( ) workouts on her own for nearly a year! Here’s what Clare had to say:

“I have been just following your workouts & your sister’s on Instagram for the past year. I just will do whichever one you usually post that day/the day after and switch it up. There is a small physical difference but the largest thing I saw was my mental health improve. My mental health is so much better than it was a year ago. I was so intimidated to go into the gym before I found your page. You keep it real & simple. I now feel confident and strong. You & your sister have helped me so much. So, when you offered the sale for your challenge on Black Friday I got it. I wanted more structure and I am so excited to get started with it. I just got done with final exams so I’m starting it on Monday! Thank you for everything that you do.”

It takes TIME, consistency, and perseverance.
There’s no magical supplement to take.
You don’t need to spend hours doing cardio.
It’s not gonna happen in 8 weeks.
•
Eat real food.
Keep going.
Be nicer to yourself.
You’ll get there. 💜
