The Kemps bought a 25-acre plot with a small two-bedroom one bath house and did a remodel on the house adding a third bedroom and bath, breakfast dining room and den with a fireplace, also adding a big “red barn” with cows, chickens, pigs, and there were corn fields as far as you could see, lots of different fruit trees, vegetable and flower gardens; and in no time the Kemp’s had a farm, but they were not farmers. However, the farm felt like a piece of the American dream, so much so that Leroy and Jessie had a large Red sign made with white letters with black trim, which read “LJK Farm”, and attached it to a towering oak tree on the side of the driveway in front of the house. The Kemp’s sign was known all over Chardon and the Kemp’s were very proud of their farm.
This experience for Lee taught him to dream and go after your dreams, because he saw his mother and father do that with their “LJK Farm” in Chardon Ohio. “I remember some of our neighbors in Cleveland talking negatively about us going to Chardon “to live around all
those white people” but that didn’t deter my parents in fulfilling their dream and I got to see that and it was beautiful,”
Lee’s father worked in a factory in Cleveland and his mother was the cafeteria manager
of a Cleveland inner-city junior high school. His new parents provided Lee a stable, yet strict upbringing...

this is Kurt Angle, after winning the gold medal in the 100kg weight class, men's freestyle wrestling, 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. i was there~ and Kurt was great to work with, worked hard, nice guy, earned this medal with years of honing his craft. Team USA USA Wrestling
i had a blast working at this level~ all volunteer! it was my way of serving my country.

Samuel Sandoval, one of the last remaining Navajo Code Talkers, has died at age 98 Sandoval was one of the hundreds of Navajos who were recruited from the vast Navajo Nation to help transmit messages in World War II for the Marine Corps. Only three are still alive today.

in senior Greco-Roman, we started with six competitors. finished with two champions, 2/3 place finishers, and one sixth place finisher. in third place overall, behind two teams that had many times more competitors than we did. Great job, 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

you don't see a lot of action shots from me, that's when our team members are wrestling, I'm there in case of injury. if this give you some perspective of the present, in the future of our sport. The future looks bright!
