Christian was also featured in Arizona Foothills Magazine for 2016 Top Trend Setters of Arizona Not only is he using his physical appearance, but most importantly he uses his story of transformation along with his current and past mental state of mind, to inspire people to become the best possible versions of themselves physically and mentally.

So there is something I wanted to share with you all.. if you follow me you saw my transformation post so you know where I started. But I wanted to share something. When I first started my journey I was told by one of my first real coaches that I would most likely never have abs or be able to competitively compete in and fitness or bodybuilding shows. I was told my loose skin and “genetics” wouldn’t be there. Well here I am now.

As some of you may or may not know, I used to be on somewhat of the hefty side. At my biggest I weighed 285 lbs easily 50% body fat (before picture 2011-2012) range and was pre diabetic and battening other mental and physical health issues that came with it from being heavy majority of younger years into late teens. But I made the health change stated working out and eating healthy and not eating for comfort or other reasons. I’m now weighting between 225-230 depending on the day (after picture, taken 3 weeks ago. Current shape will remain hidden for s few more weeks 🤫)

BUT EATING HEALTHY AND MAKING THE PHYSICAL CHANGE IN NOT WHAT I WANNA DISCUSS. ITS THE MENTAL GAME.

We all know and have heard that if your not mentally in it you won’t see the results you want or will always do everything half assed. And that is 100% true. But what so many people are still afraid to say and talk about his mental issues that still occur after a transformation. So many people, and myself included still battle lookingin the mirror and being happy with what they see, or we still see ourselves as what we where rather than what we are. And it’s a pain in the f**king ass believe me. Especially when you have a keyboard warrior who is always talking crap or taking a little jabs at your current shape. GROW THE F**K UP PEOPLE. We are all out here just trying to make ourselves better. If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all.

Gotta mix it up to see results. Don’t do the same basic things every day, you have to mix it up. Try hitting different angles or using a row matching for chest press haha 🤷🏼‍♂️ either way keep your body guessing and always mix it up.

When you start to live your life chasing your passion you will find yourself with a constant smile on your face. We all have a reason for being here, it’s a matter of finding that reason and bringing it to life. Don’t let fear stand in your way of being who you are meant to be.

So many people skip leg or they go in and just do basic sh*t and go home. I personally have been hitting legs harder given they are my weak point because I used to barely train them in the bast because of an old injury in lower back. But you have to adapt to your body and do what you can. Forget the excuses and get it done. Simple as that

Chase your dreams every single f**king day. It’s that simple. It will not be easy. you will get discouraged. You will face mental and physical obstacles unlike anything ever before.. but I promise you my friends the good will always outweigh the bad. Keep pushing and never settle.
