Setting up the run stand…

First turbine balanced in the shop….and we are a go!

We made it back…. New chapter starting here….

After the last two years of planning, building, working, testing and dealing, we are close to full swing.

We built a shop of our own and we have now added Eierdam Turbine Systems to the JetFX family.

We now have the ability in house for J-60/JT-12 engine work. From turbine balancing to engine runs.

We would not have been able to make this happen without all the help from Steve Younghans who has been there every step, our families, and especially our mom.

Also Montie Jackson for trusting us to carry forward all his hard work and all the guidance and assistance towards the future.

Finally, Al Eierdam, who started us down this path 47 years ago with a idea and passion for race cars. It has taken a while but I am sure he would be excited where we have reached.

New adventures begin now…

This week at Albuquerque Dragway. The Labor Day Bash featuring the Real Outlaw Door Slammers, Jet Cars, and Outlaw 8.5 plus a Friday night Combo race and a full bracket race on Saturday.

Friday: Gates Open 5 pm, Time trials for Combo race start 7 pm. Show cars run at 8 and 10 pm Spectators Just $15

Saturday: Gates Open noon, bracket race time trials at 2 pm. Show cars at 4, 6, 8 and 10 pm. Spectators $20.

Deist Safety

The last founder of Deist Safety, Marian Deist, passed away this morning at 4:30am. She will be honored through a private memorial service for family and close friends, and later in June a memorial for the public. Details will be given once we have them.

We cherish everything that both she and Jim did for the company and for the racing industry, and the company strives to uphold those values for many years to come.
