Their motivation and will to keep pushing is indescribable. If you can't make it out? No worries! We invite you to make a donation from the heart. Summer is near and we are gearing up for our 2nd annual Unfair Advantage Performance Camp 2015. This camp is designed to help individuals improve athletic performance and fitness through the development of strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, injury prevention strategies, nutrition education, and confidence.

This camp is for all middle school and high school athletes ages 11-17, Mature 9 and 10 years olds are invited. Camp will be June 1st-26th and July 6th-31st, Monday-Thursday. There will be one 1.5 hour morning session, 9am-1030am, and one 1.5 hour evening session, 4pm-530pm each day. Campers will will go to the mornings or evenings, NOT BOTH. The camp will be INSIDE at the Fences of Arizona facility located at 6100 N gila springs place, NO TRAINING IN THE HEAT. EARLY REGISTRATION is from April 1st to May 16th. I had seen a few people posting videos on IG n Facebook doing this variation of the hip thrust on the lying leg curl machine. As my gym doesn't have a lying leg curl , I had to get creative n tried doing it on the leg extension machine. And....IT WORKED!!!! WOHOOO!
It took me a minute to figure out how to set everything up, but it worked perfectly.

Don't mind my face of pain, but the bootaaaay was on fire.
