So with the new year here I’m back to focusing on myself I gained about 40 pounds at the end of the year last year and want to get back at it. This year I’m going to start giving myself more credit when it’s due and learn to love myself again. I also learned that I only want the same out of life as I put out and I’m going to do my best to be the best part of myself I can be. I want to healthy and happy this year and that’s the plan.

Ok so I’ve been gone for some time I was in an accident a few months ago and could not go to the gym due to my wrist being in a brace. Shortly after that my dad passed away and it’s just been a ride of emotions though this for the 1st time in 5 yearsI’ve gained weight 39 pounds to be exact. I started back on my journey starting Sunday I’m down 3 pounds hit the gym everyday so far. It won’t be easy but I’m doing it still have my up’s and downs seeing I last my dad last month but I’m hoping to be on track again. I’ll be post to keep myself accountable for this process like I did in the very beginning. Thank u all for still being here even tho I have not.

So my buddy asked me to do this race with him it’s 100 miles in February im I’m the top 1200 so that’s kind of cool! I’m 40 miles in I’m excited to do this and on Saturday we are doing a 5k terrain race with 15 obstacles and an ice bath after super happy with how my journey has been going I’m down to 228 pounds getting closer and closer to my 200 goal

Haven’t really posted a progress photo in a while I’ve been trying to let my work show instead of just posting all the time. In the last 60 days I’ve eaten out 6 times been meal prepping and planning out food 99% of the time. I’m one pound away from being in the 220s my goal this year is to hit 199 and then asap bulk from there. I’ve been going to the gym 6 days a week and this is where I’m at for 2022 so far. Thanks u all for the love it means a lot!
