American Cancer Society 100 Mile New Year Challenge
Working remotely from home indefinitely during the COVID19 pandemic. But, I am so glad to have Alex as a virtual personal trainer! Such a great way to train while confined to the house. Alex is always accessible and the app is fun, engaging, and keeps me motivated. I have set new fitness goals and making the best out of this situation. I
highly recommend for anyone who may not have access to their gym during this time.
Fall weather is cooling our early mornings and evenings, which means more outside activities! Keep an eye on our Local Events section for fun family events, races and activities.

Our 4,000 square foot training facility is well-equipped with top-tier weight training equipment, cardio machines, functional fitness equipment, lockers, showers, and every tool you will need grow your independent training business. We are searching for independent contractors looking to grow their brand/independent training business. You pay a monthly rent of $600 (ft) or $300 (pt) a/month to use the facility when you want to train, and how you want to train.

Imagine the body acting as a piggy bank.
One loads it with calories as it is the bodies currency but one keeps adding calories. As the piggy bank keeps being loaded without active spending… the calories overflow and now the piggy bank is hard to move about.

Take time to spend the calories because our bodies will not spend it without us taking action.

Over the course of six days it’s been an adventure to hike approximately 20mi +
through Utah. We ventured to Moonscape, Factory Butte, Goblin Valley, Little Horse Window, Calf Creek Falls, Slot Canyon, and Cathedral Valley (etc).

Things I learned about my personal fitness journey… Days 1-4 easy peasy and Day 5 & 6 my soleus and tibialis anterior were stiff and sore. Now I wear minimalist shoes doing yoga, hitting the bag, and every day for the most part. As it is beneficial. My endurance, hip flexors, and more were on par. However, the areas of soreness legit speak to a need fix those weak areas.

Tibia Raises and seated calf raises to name a couple are in my future.

Train every fiber of the body because it’s the only one, we are afforded in the here and now (*perhaps, ones idea of this is different ☮️ which is just as well & it doesn’t change the value of a wholly healthy body)
