🏊♂️ Meet Our New Head Coach – Fletcher Madsen! 🏊♀️
We’re excited to welcome Fletcher Madsen as the new Head Coach of the Brookfield Breakers! With over 10 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for swimming, Fletcher brings incredible energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm to our team.
Fletcher grew up swimming in the NVSL with the Poplar Tree Pirates, where he was a team record holder and All-Star champion. His competitive career also includes USA Swimming at the Junior Olympic, Futures, and National levels, along with being a 3-time Utah State Champion.
He continued his success at Chantilly High School as a State Team swimmer, MVP, and Team Captain, and most recently competed at Brigham Young University as part of an NCAA Top 25 program, earning Big 12 Academic All-American honors.
Fletcher loves working with swimmers of all ages and is passionate about helping athletes improve their strokes, starts, and turns—all while keeping the sport fun and engaging.
