ke her! So I was moved by the possibility of helping other moms reach their fitness goals and became Zumba certified. My daughter would watch me rehearse and began showing signs of being a little instructor herself, she is the reason I decided to continue onto Kids Zumba. Watching her momma have a blast and take care of her body was an eye opener for me. How truly important it is to SHOW our kids the importance of self care. I have volunteered at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Childrens Hospital in DC, and brought joy and dance to parents and kids. I hope to bring you the same whenever we dance together- I look forward to meeting you! Zumba is my "Happy Hour" from my busy schedule of Wife, Mom, Spanish Teacher, and soon to be homeschooler! I hope to have an opportunity to share joy and happiness through a song or two in class :-)
