I have heard from so many people in the past month who doctors are sending them to physical therapy for tight muscles. People you don't need physical therapy. You would be surprised just how far water can get you, stay hydrated. I have also been introducing a lot of my clients to foam rolling. One of my clients was told she couldn't workout for 2 months, and wasn't told what was wrong with her. After talking to her, it was clear what was wrong. I showed her how to roll her IT band and the rest of her legs. She felt almost 100% after the first session. The physical therapist changed it to only two therapy sessions. Some doctors and therapist are only after your money, not to help you, and that is really sad.

We will be educating kids on what it is like to be the Personal Physical Trainer and educate, guide, and relate to clients throughout the fitness and health goals... Fear not clients, we will also inform and teach the kids how to properly arbiter our clients' muscles and physical conditions day-after their workouts. PERSONAL TRAINING HAS A FUTURE!!!

My workout today. 9.5 mph for half a mile. Push press 95 lbs/ 10 reps. Pull ups 6 reps. Back to treadmill 10 mph for 1 minute, push press another 10 reps, pull ups 6 more. Repeat 3 more times. Then Chest Press 10 reps. Tenth was the last one possible. Static lunges with rows 10 reps. Repeat three times.
