Chardon Girls Softball no longer exists. It was officially closed more than 5 years ago. Chardon Baseball ran the program for a few years and currently the City of Chardon offers girls softball through their Recreation Department. Please contact the City of Chardon if u are interested in playing. We have tried to remove the page for years but have not been successful.

Chardon Girls Softball will not sponsor a team this summer (2017). We wish to thank all of you that have supported our league over the years and if you are interested in playing slow pitch softball this summer we would suggest you contact The Mentor Softball Association. Good luck & have a safe & healthy summer!

We have 9 players committed to play this summer and 2 more that can play when available. In the next few days we will determine whether we have the necessary numbers for a team, so if you are still interest let us know immediately. Practice starts in May & league play begins at the beginning of June. Games are on Tuesdays & Thursdays as in the past. Last chance don't miss out on all the fun!

We have 7 players committed to our 10-13 slow pitch team. We need 12 players and will wait another week to see if 5 more would like to join the team. We are accepting girls or boys ages 9-13 since it is a coed division. If you are interested please contact us at [email protected]. Thank you.

2017 SLOW PITCH TEAM: ages 10-13, Please email us at [email protected] or call 285-9694. if you are interested in playing this summer. We do NOT plan to have a team UNLESS we have a COMMITMENT from a PARENT TO COACH full time & at least 12 GIRLS interested in playing. If we do not have enough girls interested & a coach by the end of February you will be notified & CGS will not have a team. We would suggest at that time you contact Mentor Softball Assoc. to play. CGS's registration is over. Our Minor Girls team ages 10-13 is full. If you would still like to sign up for the Major Girls team ages 14-17 contact The Mentor Softball Association and request the Payne & Payne Builders team.

Still looking for girls 14-17 years old to play slow pitch this summer. Sign up soon the registration deadline is 4/11/16. We have a full team in the 10-13 minor division.

We did not get enough girls for a 7-9 Midget Division team & our 10-13 Minor Division team is filled but we are still registering girls for our 14-17 Major Division team. Registration forms are available on our website.
