• All payments (cash only) are expected before each lesson. Scheduling a Lesson:

• Please e-mail me three different options for lessons. I will do my best to schedule a lesson according to your first option. The times I am available are listed above. Lessons:

• Please let me know if you would like multiple lessons in one week or if you would like one lesson per week.

• The amount of lessons depends entirely on the child. Most children that are not afraid of the water and listen well will only need 2-4 lessons. Other children may need more lessons. Basic Swimming:

• Child will learn to kick off of the wall and enjoy being in the water

• The child will learn to hold their breath while under water.

• They will learn to kick with a kickboard with assistance and then without assistance.

• Learn how to float on back with and without assistance.

• Kick with barbell while holding their breath with and without assistance.

• Learn how to streamline

• Learn how to properly “doggie” paddle on their own

• Learn how to breathe on the side

• Learn freestyle stroke


The advancement of the above steps depends solely on the child. Each child learns at a different pace. Normally to learn all of these steps it will take 3-4 lessons. Competition Swimming

Available for an extra charge. In this class each child will learn the different strokes and work on skills and technique to increase speed.
