I donāt want my clients to just follow a plan.
I want them to understand it. š¤
Thatās exactly why I created the Iron Siren Playbook.
Every coaching client gets access to a growing resource designed to take some of the confusion out of fitness, nutrition, and body composition. Because thereās a LOT more to this than being handed a calorie number and a workout.
Inside, we cover things like:
āļø Nutrition Foundations
Understanding calories, macros, protein, carbs, fats, fiber, hydration and how they actually work together.
āļø Building Meals in Real Life
Portions, flexible meal building, grocery choices, eating out, reading nutrition labels and learning how to make decisions without needing a perfectly scripted meal plan.
āļø Understanding Your Macros
Not just what your numbers are, but how to track them, work within ranges and understand why adjustments may happen throughout your program.
āļø Training With Purpose
Progressive overload, effort, RIR/RPE, recovery, soreness vs. productive training and learning how to actually TRAIN instead of just checking exercises off a list.
āļø Digestion + Gut Health
Because what you eat is only part of the equation. We talk about digestion, fiber, hydration and the habits that support everything else weāre trying to accomplish. Especially because womenās bodyās can be a little cray cray š.
āļø Progress Beyond the Scale
Measurements, photos, strength, energy, consistency, habits and all the other wins a scale is really terrible at giving you credit for.
āļø The Stuff Nobody Explains
Common fitness myths, DOMS, plateaus, adjustments, recovery, supplement education and the little pieces of this process that can make a HUGE difference when you finally understand them.
And the Playbook continues to grow as I coach.
If I notice my clients asking the same question, struggling with the same concept, or needing a better explanation of somethingā¦
I build it into their education.
Because my goal with Iron Siren Fitness has never been to create clients who feel like they canāt succeed without me.
My goal is to coach women who become educated, confident and capable enough to understand their own bodies and the choices theyāre making.
Youāll still have your individualized coaching, programming, nutrition guidance, adjustments, accountability and support.
The Playbook is the knowledge behind it.
Iām not just giving you a plan.
Iām teaching you how to use it. LFGāļøš¤
Iām accepting 2 more lifestyle and 4 Bikini/Fit Model clients for the fall/winter training season and into Spring contests.

š„ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT š„
This is why I coach.
Not because someone had a āperfectā 12 weeks.
But because they kept showing up.
My client Melissa Clayton Simpson has gone from the 180s to the 170ās (and dropping), lost over a pant size, gained strength, improved her mobility and flexibility, and has started building something far more important than a smaller waistā¦
Confidence.
Has every week been perfect?
Absolutely not.
Life happened.
Sick kids.
Stress.
Medication changes.
Heavy periods.
Busy schedules.
Missed workouts.
But hereās what mattersā¦
She didnāt quit.
Every time life knocked her off track, she got back on.
Thatās what real transformation looks like.
The scale doesnāt always tell the whole story, but better-fitting clothes, more energy, carrying things that used to feel heavy, moving without pain, and learning to trust yourself again⦠those are victories worth celebrating.
Iām incredibly proud of how far sheās come, and I know weāre just getting started.
Progress isnāt about perfection.
Itās about making the next right choice, over and over again.
Letās keep pushing through that ceiling Girl! šŖā¤ļø

Because thatās what Iron Siren Fitness is all about.
⨠No crash diets.

⨠No cookie-cutter programs.
I canāt wait to watch her grow stronger, healthier, and more confident over the coming months.

One of the biggest misconceptions about coaching is that people think theyāre paying for a workout plan.
Youāre not.
Most of my clients already know how to exercise. Theyāve tried different diets. Theyāve downloaded the apps. Theyāve saved the workouts. Theyāve followed influencers.
The problem usually isnāt a lack of information.
Itās trying to figure out what to do, when to do it, whether itās actually working, and how to stay consistent when life inevitably gets busy or stressful.
My job as a coach is to remove the guesswork.
āļø Build a plan thatās designed specifically for you.
āļø Teach you why weāre doing what weāre doing.
āļø Adjust your program as your body changes.
āļø Help you navigate setbacks without throwing in the towel.
āļø Hold you accountable, celebrate your wins, and give you the honest feedback you need to keep moving forward.
Hereās something I tell every client:
My goal isnāt to make you dependent on me forever.
My goal is to teach you enough that one day you can walk into any gym with confidence, make smart nutrition decisions, and know exactly what youāre doing. Iām in your corner even when life makes you feel like no one is.
Thatās what coaching means to me.
Strong bodies are built from the inside out.
Confident women are built through education, consistency, and learning to trust themselves again.

I used to think the answer was always to push harder.
Train harder. Stay strict. Be more disciplined.
And donāt get me wrong⦠that mindset built a lot of strength in me.
But it didnāt fix everything.
It didnāt fix the chronic pain in my back.
It didnāt quiet my nervous system.
And it definitely didnāt undo the things my body had been holding onto for years from trauma.
So over the past year, Iāve been tying all Iāve learned through lived experience, education and self healing.
How the body stores stress.
How fascia tightens as a form of protection.
How the nervous system can keep you stuck in patterns you donāt even realize youāre in.
And how healing isnāt always about doing more⦠sometimes itās about doing things differently.
This isnāt just something Iām studying for my clients.
Itās something I have and am walking through myself.
Because I donāt want to just coach women to look strong on the outside.
I want them to feel safe, powerful, and at home in their own body.
Thatās the direction Iām moving in.
And it matters more to me than any title or stage ever could, while making those experiences so much more meaningful.

Everyone loves to talk about progress when the scale is dropping.
But what about the weeks when life is chaotic?
I have a client right now who just came through a couple of really hectic weeks, busy schedule, stress, hormonal changes, kids being sick, all of it.
And you know what happened?
She didnāt gain weight.
She didnāt fall off.
She held steady.
And that matters more than people realize.
Because THIS is the phase where most people lose all their progress. This is where old habits creep back in, routines fall apart, and people say āIāll start again next week.ā
She didnāt do that.
She stuck to her meals as best as she could.
She stayed mindful.
She kept showing up, even when it wasnāt perfect.
Thatās not a plateau. Thatās discipline.
Fat loss isnāt just about how fast you can drop weight. Itās about whether you can maintain your habits when life gets hard.
Because life will always get busy again.
Things will always come up.
The goal is to become the person who doesnāt fall off when it does.
Now that things are leveling out again, her progress is going to keep moving forward.
Consistency always wins! šŖš¼āļø
