I used to think the answer was always to push harder.
Train harder. Stay strict. Be more disciplined.
And don’t get me wrong… that mindset built a lot of strength in me.
But it didn’t fix everything.
It didn’t fix the chronic pain in my back.
It didn’t quiet my nervous system.
And it definitely didn’t undo the things my body had been holding onto for years from trauma.
So over the past year, I’ve been tying all I’ve learned through lived experience, education and self healing.
How the body stores stress.
How fascia tightens as a form of protection.
How the nervous system can keep you stuck in patterns you don’t even realize you’re in.
And how healing isn’t always about doing more… sometimes it’s about doing things differently.
This isn’t just something I’m studying for my clients.
It’s something I have and am walking through myself.
Because I don’t want to just coach women to look strong on the outside.
I want them to feel safe, powerful, and at home in their own body.
That’s the direction I’m moving in.
And it matters more to me than any title or stage ever could, while making those experiences so much more meaningful.

Everyone loves to talk about progress when the scale is dropping.
But what about the weeks when life is chaotic?
I have a client right now who just came through a couple of really hectic weeks, busy schedule, stress, hormonal changes, kids being sick, all of it.
And you know what happened?
She didn’t gain weight.
She didn’t fall off.
She held steady.
And that matters more than people realize.
Because THIS is the phase where most people lose all their progress. This is where old habits creep back in, routines fall apart, and people say “I’ll start again next week.”
She didn’t do that.
She stuck to her meals as best as she could.
She stayed mindful.
She kept showing up, even when it wasn’t perfect.
That’s not a plateau. That’s discipline.
Fat loss isn’t just about how fast you can drop weight. It’s about whether you can maintain your habits when life gets hard.
Because life will always get busy again.
Things will always come up.
The goal is to become the person who doesn’t fall off when it does.
Now that things are leveling out again, her progress is going to keep moving forward.

Today is the final day before the Top 5 cut! And I’m currently sitting in 7th place.

In September 2026, I’ll be walking the Angel Competition Bikinis fashion show in Vegas!
Not just as a competitor.
Not just in a suit.
But as a woman who rebuilt herself.
Originally, I had gotten accepted to walk a couple of years ago. Through healing and then losing my mother I was just unable to connect myself to life and my ambitions the way I needed to. But this season isn’t about perfection. It’s about ascension. As a woman, a mother, and as a coach.
Battle-forged strength.
Hard earned healing.
Iron discipline.
Rising from everything that tried to break me.
I’m talking Valkyrie. Warrior. (Just wait for my suit theme 😆😆😆).

😡Everyone is looking for a shortcut right now.
Pineapple and grapefruit juice for visceral fat.
Lemon and ginger water to “detox.”
Chia seed drinks for blood sugar.
Now sardines are suddenly the miracle fat-loss food.
Let’s clear this up. 🤯🤯🤯
Some of these foods have health benefits. Citrus can support digestion. Ginger can help with bloating. Chia seeds contain fiber and minerals. Sardines are rich in protein, omega-3s, and calcium.
But none of them burn body fat on their own. None of them override hormones, stress, sleep, training, or calorie balance. And none of them will change your physique if your HABITS don’t change.
TikTok trends (including AI-generated “expert” videos) package small truths into big promises. That’s how misinformation spreads. What works for one person in a 30-second video does not mean it applies to your body, your health history, or your goals. This creates a pandemic in itself because you are constantly looking for better advice and paying for quick fixes that don’t actually work for YOUR body.
Fat loss, muscle building, and real body composition change come from:
• Consistent resistance training
• Adequate protein
• A structured nutrition plan
• Managing stress and sleep
• Patience and adherence
There is no drink, superfood, or viral hack that replaces REAL WORK.
Before you follow internet fads, ask someone actually trained in physiology, nutrition, and coaching. Your body deserves more than trends and guesswork.
