You don’t have to know all the steps before you walk into class. 🤍

Sometimes you learn by trying, messing up, laughing, and trying again. That’s part of the fun.

Adult dance is about giving yourself permission to learn something new and enjoy the process. 🩰✨

Fall registration is still OPEN! Tap the link in our bio to find an adult class and book your FREE first class.

Before the choreography, there’s the warm-up.

A little time to stretch, settle in, and leave the rest of the day at the door. Then it’s time to move, learn, and enjoy being in the studio.

Curious what an adult dance class feels like? Come see for yourself.
