As if we didn't have enough fun activities at our upcoming event, Oodles of Doodles...we've added one more! Fit With Fido CLT will be hosting a bootcamp style 45 minute fitness class that you and your dood can enjoy together! ๐ช
What are the details?
โฐ The class will start at 2:30pm near the Beer Zone
๐ฒ You can sign up for the FREE class by going to the Fid with Fido CLT website: http://ow.ly/JaOC50IHq45
โ A few things to know: dogs must be on a 6 foot leash, bring training dog treats and recommended to bring a yoga mat or towel.
Fit with Fido is a 45 minute fitness class for you and your best friend. Class will incorporate strength, cardio, plyometrics, and core. Come prepared to break a sweat and have fun with your dog by your side. You will both get a workout while strengthening your bond. Your dog will work on basic commands with the challenge of distractions while you will build your endurance and strength!
