My vision is to help women discover their true authentic selves and point them towards purpose by healing the inner woman. My mission is the cultivate a deeper community among women by raising awareness of abuse and equipping women by helping them overcome abuse.

You Are Bigger Than the Trigger!!!!

The Trigger Doesn't Control You

Your trigger may activate a strong emotion, but it does not have the authority to determine your identity, decisions, or future.

Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7

“You can acknowledge the trigger without surrendering your power to it.”

Declaration: I am not controlled by my triggers; I am growing in wisdom, peace, and self-control.

Feeling triggered doesn't make you weak, dramatic, or broken; it means something touched a sensitive place within you.
