TRUSTING AGAIN AFTER WHAT HURT YOU

After you've been hurt, trust feels dangerous. So we build walls — not to keep out the person who hurt us, but to keep out everyone. Today's question isn't "should I trust again?" It's "how do I trust wisely, without staying guarded forever?"
Healed people don't trust everyone, they trust wisely.

FORGIVING WHAT HURT YOU
Forgiveness releases you — it doesn't excuse them.
Forgiveness is one of the most misunderstood words in the Christian life. It doesn't mean what happened was okay. It doesn't mean you owe the person your trust again. Forgiveness means you stop letting their offense set the terms of your future.
FORGIVENESS SETS YOU FREE, EVEN IF THEY NEVER SAY SORRY.

HEALING WHAT HURTS
Theme: What you bring to God, He begins to heal.
Yesterday we named it. Today we bring it somewhere. Naming pain without bringing it to God just leaves you staring at a wound. Healing requires a hand-off.
You are not what hurt you. You are being healed by the One who is close to you. That's not just today's lesson; it's your ongoing story.
