A strong mind is just as important as a strong performance. 🧠💚

This week’s features Dr. Hendricks, Athletic Director at Johnson C. Smith University, as we continue to shine a light on the importance of mental health and wellness.

Whether you're a student-athlete, coach, or supporter, remember that prioritizing your mental well-being is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Take time to reset, recharge, and remember that YOU matter! 💚

🎀 CIAA Stands Together for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💕

This October, CIAA Commissioner Jacqie McWilliams joins us in raising awareness, honoring the survivors, remembering those we've lost, and standing in support of everyone impacted by breast cancer.

Early detection matters. Your health matters. YOU matter! 💗

Together, we can continue to spread awareness, encourage regular screenings, and remind those fighting that they are never alone.

One Conference. One Community. One Fight. 🎀
