Start the Season Off Right

Old School Goal School is pleased to announce our 8th annual three week Pre-Season Program, consisting of one night of off-ice and one night of on-ice each week!

The Program, which takes place at Extreme Ice Center, starts on Tuesday July 31st and completes on Wednesday August 15th right before the season begins!

We will offer on-ice sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On-ice sessions will be 45 minutes per session.

Off-ice will be offered on Tuesday and Wednesday nights for 45 minutes.

On-ice training will be centered around basic fundamentals of goaltending, movement, developing a proven skill set, practicing that skill set and developing into a well rounded goaltender.

Off-ice training will consist of quick feet drills, cardio, plyometrics, body weight exercises, agility, balance and hand eye coordination drills. Goalies are asked to wear shorts or sweatpants and tennis shoes.

There are a limited number of spots available so they will go fast! Don't miss out on this opportunity to get ready for a successful season!

This program will be held at Extreme Ice Center and is focused to get your goalie ready and prepared for team tryouts this spring. Details of the program are below. Get Your Goalie Ready for Tryouts
Old School Goal School will be conducting an intense eight week Pre-Tryout Program consisting of one off-ice session and one on-ice session each week! The program will have limited spots.

The Program starts Tuesday March 20th and lasts till May 16th, with one week off for Spring Break and Easter! On-ice, which will be held on the puddle, will be split into 45 minute sessions. Off-ice will be 45 minute sessions.

Sessions will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Once we have the list of those interested in signing up, the schedule for times will be sent out. Goalies will also have the option to do both on-ice and off-ice on the same night if wanted.

On-ice training will focus on a different skill each week, including the following: movement and positioning, stick saves, butterfly, butterfly slide, glove and blocker, recovery, game situations and competition drills.

Off-ice training will consist of quick feet drills, cardio, plyometrics, body weight exercises, agility, balance and hand eye coordination drills. Goalies are asked to wear shorts or sweatpants and tennis shoes.
