Thank you for the incredible response to my last podcast with Dr. Savannah Since we didn’t get to answer the “Hundreds” of great questions that were sent in to us during the pod, we decided to do a Q&A on IG to cover those questions but also field some “Live” and in the moment. My last 48 hours changed my life. I was very nervous about this endeavor when I took it on but my member and friend @jinnocenzi told me “You have to think of it as an Adventure” so let’s recap: Sunday drove 5 hours to Greensboro, NC to attend our @carolinaspga Awards dinner to accept the Strausbaugh Award Monday - Monday morning 4:30 am wake-up call and 🛫to Dallas🛬Albuquerque,NM Keynote speaker at the @suncountrygolf Section Teaching Summit 6:00 pt ✈️to Phoenix,AZ 12 PT (3Am ET) 🛫 Tuesday - Philadelphia PA 7:30ET ✈️ Greensboro to catch my friends @kevinbrittpga and @mike_kay_dpt speak at our @carolinaspga Teaching and Coaching Summit and then drove 5 hours back to Bluffton (hardest part) at 11:00 pm Jimmy framed it right….It was an adventure. Was it hard yes but we learn so much about ourselves and we grow during these times of stress and difficulty. I was curious to know how my body would hold up and I am glad that I have got into better shape as of late (oh I finished a half marathon last week) which definitely helped. I actually enjoy traveling because of the experiences and the people that we meet along the way. The people that we meet in airport bars also make it worth it (shoutout to Action Jackson, The mechanic and Pokémon girl - names will remain anonymous,lol) that made my layovers bearable and thank you for sharing your incredible stories with me. Huge thank you to Corey Armstrong @suncountrygolf for inviting me to speak to the section and for the amazing hospitality. and to my amazing wife @tifwsutton for coming to the awards dinner and for always supporting my crazy dreams. I’m delighted to have Dr. Savannah Gardner Owner of on the show tomorrow night to share her amazing story and to talk about how she supports what we do as coaches with working with athletes and people of all ages.
