150 - 20 minute Calorie Burn Exercise challenge of the day (indoors because it's raining here!):
Jump Squats: 30 seconds x 4
Push Ups: 1 min x 4
Jump Lunges: 30 seconds x 4
Stair Sprints: 2 min up and down ( sprint up, skipping a step, slowly on backwards down) x 4.
*if its not raining near you, find a hill, sprint up the hill and do lunges down!*
Do this in a circuit, repeat 4x's.
Post when you finish!

What is your motivation for working out? Health? Appearance? Stress?
I'm out of town next week and can't run my boot camp classes. I'll post daily workouts on here if you want to challenge yourself!
6:30 am comes really early in the morning. But... The rest of the day seems better when you've got your workout done by 7:30!
This Saturday, I'll be offering a free fitness analysis and 1/2 hour class. I will do body measurements and body fat analysis! 9:00 am at Little Church on the Lane. Let me know if you're coming!
