"The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him." – Lamentations 3:25

Waiting on God can be difficult, but it's never meaningless. His timing is always better than ours, even when we don't understand it in the moment.

Daily Action: Instead of rushing ahead, choose patience today and trust God's timing over your own.

"A cheerful heart is good medicine." – Proverbs 17:22

Joy isn't pretending life is perfect—it's choosing to trust God even when it isn't. Your attitude can encourage others more than you realize.

Daily Action: Be intentional about bringing joy into someone's day through your words, your smile, or your kindness.

The one who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much." – Luke 16:10

God isn't only interested in the big moments of your life, He cares about your faithfulness in the small ones too. Every unseen act of obedience prepares you for greater opportunities to serve Him.

Action: Honor God in the little things today, even if no one else notices.

"For we live by faith, not by sight." – 2 Corinthians 5:7

It's easy to trust God when everything makes sense. The real test of faith comes when you can't see how He's working but choose to trust Him anyway. Faith isn't having all the answers—it's believing God is faithful even when you don't.

Action: Trust God with one situation you've been trying to control, and let faith be greater than your fear today.

Happy 88th Birthday to my great friend, Norm Miller!

88 years young... and somehow he still has more energy than the rest of us.

Norm has been an incredible friend, leader, and example of faith, generosity, and integrity for so many people. His impact reaches far beyond racing, and we're thankful to celebrate another year of the man who always seems to have a full charge.

Heavenly Father,

We thank You for another opportunity to gather together and do what we love. Thank You for every driver, crew member, official, volunteer, fan, and family represented here today. We recognize that every good gift comes from You, and we’re grateful for the talents and opportunities You’ve given us.

As we prepare for this race, we ask for Your hand of protection over everyone at this track. Grant wisdom to the drivers, focus to the crews, and safety in every lap. Help us compete with integrity, humility, and respect for one another, remembering that our character matters more than the checkered flag.

Lord, remind us that while racing is important, our greatest purpose is found in You. May the way we speak, serve, and compete point others to the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. Give us thankful hearts in victory, gracious spirits in defeat, and the courage to honor You regardless of the outcome.

Bless the families watching from home, comfort those who are hurting, and strengthen those carrying heavy burdens today. May this race be a reminder that life is a gift, and every day is an opportunity to glorify You.

We ask all of this in the powerful name of Your Son, Jesus Christ.

Amen.

"The generous will themselves be blessed." – Proverbs 22:9

Generosity isn't measured by the amount you give—it's measured by the heart behind it. A generous life reflects the generosity God has shown us.

Action: Find a way to bless someone today without expecting anything in return.

"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you." – Psalm 55:22

Some burdens are simply too heavy to carry alone. God never intended for you to live weighed down by worry, fear, or anxiety.

Action: Write down what's been weighing on you and give it to God in prayer today.

"Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love." – Ephesians 4:2

Patience doesn't come naturally—it grows when we remember how patient God has been with us. The people around you need grace just as much as you do.

Action: Choose patience over frustration in your next difficult conversation.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." – Proverbs 9:10

The smartest decision you'll ever make is putting God first. True wisdom isn't simply knowing facts—it's living according to God's truth.

Action: Before making a decision today, ask yourself what choice best honors God.
