“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord." – Lamentations 3:40

A new month gives us a chance to stop and take an honest look at where we are. Are we closer to God than we were a year ago? Are our priorities reflecting what we say we believe? Following Christ isn't about pretending we've got it all together. It's about being willing to recognize where we've drifted and turn back toward Him.

Take a few quiet minutes today and ask God to show you one area of your life that needs to change.

"Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." – Philippians 3:13–14

Another month has come and gone, and with it came victories, disappointments, answered prayers, unexpected challenges, and opportunities to grow. Don't let your mistakes keep you from moving forward, and don't become so comfortable with yesterday's victories that you stop pursuing Christ today. Every new month is another opportunity to know Him more deeply and love Him more faithfully.

As September approaches, don't simply make new goals; make a renewed commitment to follow Jesus wherever He leads. The finish line isn't the end of a month; it's a life that faithfully points others to Christ.

Before this month ends, spend time thanking God for how He's worked in your life, and ask Him to give you fresh passion to follow Him in the month ahead.

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love." – Deuteronomy 7:9

People may let us down. Circumstances may change. But God has never broken a promise and never will. Looking back on this month, His faithfulness has been evident in ways we noticed and in ways we probably missed. The same God who carried you yesterday will carry you tomorrow.

Take a few minutes today to reflect on where you've seen God's faithfulness this month, and thank Him for every moment.

Father, thank You for bringing us to Daytona today.

We pray for every driver, crew member, official, and fan here. Give our drivers wisdom, focus, patience, and good judgment, and please protect them as they compete at these incredible speeds. Watch over every team and every crew working on these cars. Keep everyone safe, and give their families peace as they watch today.

Lord, we know so much of racing is beyond our control, so we put our trust in You. Help everyone handle both victory and disappointment with humility and grace.
Most importantly, let people see Your love and Your presence here today.

We ask all of this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him." – Romans 15:13

Hope isn't wishful thinking it's confident trust in God's promises. No matter what this week has looked like, God is still writing your story. As long as He's on the throne, there is always a reason to have hope.

Encourage someone who may be losing hope, and remind them that God is still faithful.

You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised." – Hebrews 10:36

Don't quit simply because it's difficult. Some of God's greatest blessings come after seasons of endurance. Keep praying. Keep serving. Keep believing. Faithfulness often means taking the next step even when you don't see the finish line.

Don't give up on something God has called you to. Take one faithful step forward today.

"Whoever walks in integrity walks securely." – Proverbs 10:9

Character is who you are when no one else is watching. The world rewards shortcuts, but God honors integrity. Living honestly may cost you something today, but it builds a life you'll never have to hide tomorrow.

Choose honesty in every conversation and decision today, even if it's the harder path.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever." – Psalm 107:1

It's easy to thank God when life is going well. The challenge is thanking Him even while you're waiting for answers. Gratitude doesn't ignore life's difficulties—it chooses to recognize God's goodness in the middle of them.

Write down five things God has done for you this month and thank Him for each one.

"In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." – Matthew 5:16

You don't have to stand on a stage to make an impact. Sometimes your greatest testimony is simply living differently. Your kindness, integrity, humility, and joy may be what opens someone's heart to the Gospel.

Live in a way today that makes someone curious about the hope you have in Christ.
