1 month check-in.
Scale?
240.1 → 242.7 lbs
Most people would panic.
But here’s what actually happened…
Body fat:
30.3% → 29.2% ⬇️
Lean mass:
157.1 → 159.4 lbs ⬆️
➡️ Lost fat
➡️ Gained muscle
➡️ Got stronger
This is what real progress looks like.
No crash dieting.
No starving.
No killing myself with cardio.
Just structure, consistency, and lifting with intent.
And yeah… I’m showing this because most coaches won’t.
Because this doesn’t sell as easily as “lose 10 lbs in 30 days.”
But THIS is how you actually change your body.
If you’re only chasing the scale, you’re missing the bigger picture.
Build muscle.
Drop fat.
Play the long game.
That’s how you win.

“Food noise” is the new buzzword…
But for most people, it’s not a condition.
It’s:
– low protein
– unstable blood sugar
– no structure
Of course you’re thinking about food all day…
your body is trying to get what it actually needs.
Fix the root problem → the “noise” goes away.
Most people don’t need another quick fix.
They need a better system.

You don’t need to start over.
One meal didn’t ruin your progress.
One day won’t either.
What actually keeps people stuck is the cycle:
all-in → off track → guilt → restart.
That’s what slows progress down… not the food.
Real results come from what you do consistently,
not what happens on a single day.
Stop starting over.
Start staying consistent.

You’re not stuck because you’re lazy.

I know that feeling…
Working out.
Trying to eat better.
Putting in effort…
…but still feeling like nothing is actually changing.
That’s where I was.
Not because I didn’t know what to do—
but because I wasn’t following anything consistently.
Everything changed when I stopped guessing
and started following a plan.
Not extreme.
Not complicated.
Just structured.

I always thought I had time.
Time to dial things back in.
Time to lose the weight.
Time to get consistent again.
But between work, preparing for HYROX, and welcoming our second son…
I let myself drift.
Not because I didn’t know what to do…
But because I wasn’t applying it consistently.
The truth?
I’ve helped my clients get incredible results with this method.
But I finally had to look in the mirror and ask myself…
“Am I holding myself to the same standard?”
So this is my reset.
Not extreme.
Not starting over from scratch.
Just going back to what actually works.
And I’m documenting it this time.
