September's PIVOT Point newsletter is focused on a compelling vision. Compelling to those you lead and talent you want to attract...not to your ego or the motives of the board/owners. Do you have to constantly reinforce your vision? See why in this months PIVOT Point.

Leadership burnout does not always look like exhaustion.
Sometimes it looks like being indispensable.
The leader who handles every difficult decision, solves every
problem, approves every detail, and becomes the person everyone depends on may appear highly committed. It feels productive. Over time, however, that pattern can leave little room
for strategy, reflection, or developing the people around them.
Servant leadership offers a different model. The leader's
responsibility is not to carry everything, but to equip, empower, encourage, and develop others so responsibility can be shared.
That shift requires trust and a willingness to examine some
difficult assumptions about leadership. If everything depends on you, the organization may be growing around a bottleneck.
Sustainable leadership creates capable people, stronger
relationships, and enough space for the leader to focus on purpose rather than constantly responding to pressure.
