The setup: feet shoulder width apart, back is FLAT (neutral spine start to finish), head neutral aligned with the spine, the bell location is at center of feet, shins are almost vertical, weight is balanced between heel and toe.
The lift movement:the power move is all the hinge of the hips--drive the hips forward and the arms and the weight follows. At the top, the shoulders move back slightly while the arms and hands hang on.

Managed a 4th place at 2017 USA masters nationals Road Races in Augusta GA in the criterium. A few mistakes but I was right there. Not the step I was looking for; I'll just have to work a little harder, and smarter, to get there.
