Fear. We all have it but it doesn't have to rule us.
In this video I go through ten of my biggest fears and talk through them. I would encourage you to write out your fears and express them here in the comments below. Once your fears are out there you'll be surprised at how liberating it is - especially when you recognize how many you cannot change along with what small steps you can take to change the things you can.

Alright this one is really important to me. There's something special about watching the sun come up and that's the main reason I get up early. What I've found also is that it is a great time of day for productivity. Moreso it sets the pace for your day and each day builds into what becomes your entire life.
