The 2026 Monomoy Shootout Fishing Tournament is back on August 14, 2026! Once again, we’ll be fishing for a cure in support of The Lillylulu Foundation (LLF) and the fight against Type 1 Diabetes. 💙
Thanks to your incredible generosity over the past three years, the Monomoy Shootout Fishing Tournament has raised more than $2,035,000 net for The Lillylulu Foundation, a T1D-focused 501(c)(3). We have made promises about how these funds would be granted and allocated, and we are proud to share the meaningful impact those commitments have made.

Through our partnerships with Boston Children’s Hospital, Joslin Diabetes Center’s Young Adult Program, and Outer Cape Health Services, we have significantly expanded our programs—making a real difference for individuals and families living with T1D. This progress is a direct result of the strength and support of this community.

We are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together and deeply grateful for your continued support, trust, and belief in our mission. None of this would be possible without you.

The 2024 Monomoy Shootout is officially SOLD OUT! 🌟 We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible response and cannot wait for another unforgettable event. We will have 50 boats participating this year and would like to thank you all for the support. 💙
