PADI Women’s Dive Day is about celebration but it’s also about spreading encouragement for more Women to start scuba diving! We need more women divers and we want to help you get started. Tri-Star Scuba is a family friendly dive center and starting in October 2026, we will offer Women’s only classes with our female scuba instructor- Kelsey Sivley Angelilli
We also have DM candidate Ty Heath on our team along with experienced divers like Heather Hansen and annabome to help women divers of all ages and abilities feel more comfortable in the scuba world.

Congratulations to our newly certified PADI Public Safety Divers, PADI Rescue divers, PADI full face mask divers, and PADI PSD and full face mask instructors! This was a wonderful weekend with you all and as always it is a pleasure to teach more dive teams about the world of public safety diving. Panama City Trip!
Hello everyone! Tri-Star Scuba's own Instructor, Eric Avans will be going to Panama City Fl to teach a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course August 7,8 and 9. This will be at Divers Den. Friday will be a Navigation Dive at the jetty. Saturday morning dive on Divers Dens' boats. Followed by a restful afternoon then a NIGHT dive! The last one was epic!!!!!
Sunday morning dive to complete your certifications! Yes, you can also complete your PADI Enriched Air Nitrox diver course!

This local dive site is well known for its paddle fish as well! Loch Low Minn has tanks, weights, gear rentals, and wetsuits available for use!

Wish you were diving on this rainy day? So do we! Join us for a local dive at the quarries or on our next trip to Panama City Beach or Key Largo with Captain Slates! It’s important to keep your skills fresh and we love helping divers fall in love with Scuba and connecting divers in the Chattanooga community. Updates: 1. We will be planning a dive trip to PCB, FL in August or September for memorable night dives and wreck dives with Instructor Bernie! Email or message us for interest. Dates TBD 2. Our 2nd PADI Instructor Development Course is coming in October! We still have spots left prior to sitting for the instructor Exam in Key Largo 10/16-10/18. Let us know if you have interest in advancing your professional scuba career. Later that week will be fun dives in Key Largo and MSDT prep course (master scuba diver trainer)! 3. There is still time to sign up to join us in Key Largo for fun dives with @captainslates 10/16-10/24! Advanced certification and specialties available on this trip! Let us know if you are interested! It’s an extremely memorable and fun trip with a great group of divers. Accepting deposits to hold spots in the house now with final house payments due 10/1. 4. Almost every weekend this summer/Fall we will be taking divers to the local rock quarries for fun dives, reactivates, and certifications. We have instructors: Kevin, Kelsey, Dave, Eric, Drew, and Bernie to help you refresh your skills if it has been awhile, to advance your dive skills with PADI specialty courses, PADI Advanced, or PADI rescue class and more or to get you started with your Open Water certification! 5. PADI Women’s Dive Day is 7/18/2026 and will be hosted by divers Heather and @annabome. Nitrox any blend 22-100% based on your certification level. Required prior to filling. and we can Oxygen clean your tanks too!
