October schedule starts 10/5!

What changes are you excited for?

Did you see the full moon this weekend? Harvest moon feels like a reminder to stop waiting for permission ✨

It’s a moment to pause and look back at what you’ve built this year. The strength you’ve gained and habits you’ve created. The hard things you’ve moved through. And maybe… the things you’re ready to release.

If you’re looking for a sign to start, this is it

My new 30-minute Strength Fitpass class launches 10/5, and I’d love for you to join me! Stronger body & stronger mind one class at a time ✌️

Zoomies!!! 🐾

It’s the little things

If you missed my Fusion ride yesterday, Patti found a zip tie on our walk and apparently decided it was the greatest toy she’d ever seen 😆
I was ready to head home, but she had different plans for us. And honestly, I’m so glad she did.

Watching her get that much joy out of a silly piece of trash was the sweetest reminder to slow down and enjoy what’s right in front of you

Sometimes the best moments aren’t planned. They’re the little detours, the unexpected laughs, the things that make absolutely no sense but somehow make your whole day better 🫶

I’m still smiling about it 🤍
