Tuesday tip:
Dads, you do not have to cut your carbs in order to lose weight and get in shape.
In fact, you don’t have to cut anything out of your diet.
Removing food, restricting, and saying that you can’t have something just adds to the stress and pressure of trying to get in shape.
I would rather you focus on what you can do and that is to make sure you eat enough protein.
Focus on protein first and you’ll be light years ahead on your nutrition

Most dads think the reason they’re out of shape is because they “don’t have enough time.”
But lack of time isn’t the real issue — lack of a system is.
Dads don’t fail because they’re busy.
They fail because they rely on willpower instead of structure.
A few months ago, I started working with a dad named Mark.
He’s 41.
Two kids.
Runs a team of 15 people.

Commutes 40 minutes each way.
