We'll untangle patterns and change how you do things.

My teenage daughter is sick of us.

The first step in changing people-pleasing isn’t saying no.

It’s noticing - even hours later, even in a totally low-stakes moment - that what you said and what you actually wanted weren’t the same thing.

So before we talk about what to say in hard moments, we have to talk about learning to notice when something felt off, even after the fact. Even if it takes you a day to realize it.

If this is resonating and you’re ready to start doing this work with support, I’d love to talk. You can schedule a free consultation with me at the link in my bio. 🖤

Office Hours is tomorrow - Tuesday, March 10 at 2pm Eastern.

What is it? Me, available on Zoom, for an hour. No structure, no agenda. Just real conversation and maybe some coaching.

At my first one a couple weeks ago, someone I’d never met showed up just to say hello and meet me. We all chatted about life, then ended up coaching on identity and how we sometimes feel like we have to earn certain labels we want to use. It was casual, honest, and exactly what I was hoping these would be like.

So tomorrow, you can show up to:

▪️Get coached on something you’re stuck on
▪️Ask me questions about coaching, boundaries, life
▪️Just meet me and see if my whole vibe resonates
▪️Watch and listen
▪️Stay 5 minutes or the whole hour

Your camera can be on or off - whatever you prefer.

💻 There’s a link in bio to get the Zoom info.

And when you sign up, you’ll also stay in the loop about upcoming Office Hours events + a new workshop I’m hosting next week on how to have hard conversations when you usually avoid them.

See you tomorrow if you want to hang out! 😊

Office Hours is tomorrow (Saturday, Feb 21 at 1pm ET) and I wanted to remind you what this actually is.

It’s me on Zoom for an hour, available for you. That’s it.

You can bring something you’re stuck on and get coached. You can ask questions. You can just show up to see what I’m about. You can watch other people and learn from that. You can literally just hang out because you need to talk to an adult.

Zero pressure.
No participation required.
Camera on or off - your call.

Link in bio to sign up (it’s free). You’ll get the Zoom info right after.

See you tomorrow!

We could sort through this exact kind of thing during Office Hours Live this Saturday.

You could also bring these kinds of stick situations:

😔 The mom guilt that's eating you alive
😬 The boundary you're terrified to set
🫩 The burnout that has you so numb you don't even know what you need
🤔 A question about coaching or mental health
🤗 Just yourself, to see what I'm about

Office Hours = me on Zoom for an hour, chatting with you, answering questions, and handing out coaching for whoever shows up

You can get coached. You can ask questions. You can watch. You can lurk silently. You can show up for 5 minutes and leave. All of it's welcome.

💬 This is a question you could ask me this Saturday during my "Office Hours."

And here are other things you could do:

- Get coached on a sticky situation you're in
- Ask what the difference is between therapy and coaching
- Find out what coaching with me actually looks like
- Tell me you're burnt out but don't know where to start
- Just show up to see if this is your vibe
- Listen in as other people talk, ask questions, and get coached

It's casual. It's free. And it's NOT a webinar.

Just an hour that I'm making myself available on Zoom.

Office Hours Live Event Info 02/17/2026

✨ LET'S HANG OUT, Y'ALL ✨

I'm hosting an "OFFICE HOURS" Live this Saturday, February 21 at 1pm Eastern, and I want to get really specific about what that means. Here's how you could use this hour:

1️⃣You could bring a real thing you're stuck on:

▪️"My mom guilt is eating me alive and I don't know how to make decisions without second-guessing everything"
▪️"I said yes to something I didn't want to do, and now I'm spiraling about how to get out of it without everyone hating me"
▪️"I keep doing everything for everyone and I'm so burnt out I can't even figure out what I actually need anymore"
▪️"How do I stop being the person everyone dumps their problems on without being an as***le?"
▪️"I'm terrified that if I set boundaries, people will think I'm selfish or difficult"
▪️"I have ADHD and I'm drowning in tasks that feel equally urgent and I can't prioritize anything"

2️⃣You could ask me questions:

▪️What's the difference between therapy and coaching, and how do I know which I need?
▪️What does coaching with you actually look like?
▪️How do I know if I'm ready for coaching or if I should just keep white-knuckling it?
▪️Is it normal to feel guilty about spending money/time on myself?

3️⃣You could just hang out:

▪️Show up to see what I'm about before deciding if you want to work together
▪️Watch other people get coached and see if anything resonates
▪️Say hi, tell me what's going on in your world, and bounce after 10 minutes
▪️Lurk silently in the background while you fold laundry (I will not be offended)

4️⃣You could literally just be curious:

▪️"I don't know what I'd even talk about but something made me click on this"
▪️"I'm not sure I'm 'struggling enough' to need coaching but I'm exhausted"
▪️"I want to understand what you do without committing to anything"

All of it's welcome. 😊

🫩 I’m exhausted. And emotional. 😫

🥱 Maybe it’s the lack of sleep from shoulder surgery pain.

🤪 Maybe it’s the ADHD.

😞 Or my and hormone-affected depression.

😭 Maybe it’s the hormonal changes with perimenopause.

😑 And being 40 with a family history of menopause at 43.

😵‍💫 Or maybe it’s the interplay of hormones affecting ADHD neurotransmitters, all of which are affected by lack of sleep.

🧂 And then throw in a little “This isn’t how I used to be,” and “I should be more productive,” with a dash of “Other people can’t take a nap so why should I get to…”

Now you have yourself a little mental + emotional clusterf*ck.

And I don’t have answers or solutions for you. I can tell you to talk with your OB, your P*P, your therapist, your psychiatrist…. I can tell you to eat nourishing food, practice good sleep hygiene, and move your body. But I really think the only way out is through.

In the meantime, you can remind yourself that you’re not alone - other women are feeling the same way. I’m proof. And you can let yourself take a nap even if your brain is being a d*ck about it. You can be kind to yourself even when your brain tells you not to.

That’s all. That’s the relationship work I’ve got for you today. Now, time for a new episode of and my nap.

✨And if you want some support while you’re getting through the thick of it, I’d love to help you. Schedule a free consultation at the link in my bio.✨

February around here is now dubbed “Relationship Renovation Month “💗

We’ll be talking about how to unlearn default relationship messages & rules, people-pleasing patterns, relationship myths, and what it actually looks like to be in relationships without self-abandonment.

If you’re tired of showing up in relationships in ways that don’t feel like they’re working, stick around.

✨ And if you want direct support applying this work to your life, I have a few 1:1 coaching spots open. Just book a free consultation via the link in my bio.
