First, we want to thank our friends with Lady Outlaws 10U for allowing us to share this video.
Final tournament of the season.
Final at-bat.
Final swing.
And what Aliza Dunlap did with it tells you exactly who she is.
We believe confidence is what you believe you can do. Identity is who you know you are.
One of the foundational pieces of our program will be helping our girls begin building that identity from day one. It is a process. Some outside influences and old ways of thinking have to be forgotten, retrained, and replaced with something stronger.
Aliza has clearly been working on hers.
A lot of credit goes to her previous team, Queens 10U, and to her family for helping provide the kind of environment where a healthy identity can be built. Because when #15 was called in one of the most intense 10U finishes youโll see, Aliza showed exactly who she knows she is.
Steady.
Composed.
Prepared for the moment.
A big-time moment. A big-time swing. A tournament-clinching play.
And make no mistake, it was no accident that she came through for her team.
Again, we are so excited to welcome Aliza Dunlap, our new first baseman, to the inaugural TN Mojo 2034 - White roster. ๐งก๐
TN MOJO 2034 - White
Tennessee Mojo 2034 White is a 10U fastpitch softball team built around player development, competitive growth, strong standards, and a team-first culture.
Based in the Chattanooga / East Tennessee area.
Every now and then, you get the chance to add a player and family that just feel right.
This one brings so much of what we want in our program, a great bat, a sure glove, confidence at first base, and a coachable spirit that makes her easy to believe in. She competes with calmness, handles big moments with maturity, and carries herself like a player who truly loves the game.
What makes this even more special is the family behind her. They know what they are looking for, they understand the standards we are building around, and they are fully aligned with the heart and direction of Mojo 2034-White.
We could not be more excited to welcome Aliza and her family to our team.
She is going to be a big part of what we are building. ๐๐งก

Tn Mojo 2034-White is looking to connect with catchers for the 2026 fall season.
We have already seen some strong catching candidates, and weโre excited about the direction of that position. At the same time, we want to be thorough and make sure we donโt overlook a player or family who could be a great fit for what weโre building.
We are not just looking for someone to put behind the plate.
We are looking for athletes who want to grow into leaders.
We believe catcher development has to be more than putting a player in gear and hoping she figures it out. We are going to invest real time, real structure, and real coaching into that position.
Our catching system will be built around intentional, rapid development. Catchers will be trained in receiving, blocking, throw-down mechanics, pitcher communication, game management, pitch calling concepts, batter scouting, and attack plans.
The goal is not for our catchers to simply follow instructions.
The goal is to teach them how to think the game.
They will learn how to study hitters, communicate with pitchers, control tempo, understand situations, and become a true presence behind the plate.
We are looking for toughness, coachability, curiosity, and a willingness to work.
If your daughter is a 2034 catcher, we would love to connect and see if this could be a fit.

The Motivational & Development Profile was created for one simple reason:
๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ.
Every player learns differently, responds differently, handles pressure differently, and builds confidence differently. Development cannot be one-size-fits-all.
This profile helps us understand more than positions, stats, and physical ability. It helps us learn what motivates a player, how she responds to mistakes, what kind of communication helps her, where she feels confident, and where she needs support.
It is not used to label players or put them in a box.
It is used to coach them better.
When a player struggles, we want to respond with purpose instead of guessing. When she succeeds, we want to understand what helped her get there and keep building on it.
If we say we are development-focused, then we have to be willing to understand how each player actually develops.
That is the purpose of the profile.

A huge thank you to Zoey for coming out and helping us kick off our private evaluations.
Zoey is a rising 12U player this fall, and there just arenโt many players her age who can catch, pitch, hit, and play anywhere on the field at a high level. More importantly, she showed exactly what kind of teammate she is by stepping in, helping younger players, competing, and making the environment better.
The fastest girl in 10U is about to be one of the fastest girls in 12u!
Zoey is currently looking for the right team fit for the fall as she moves into 12U. Head coaches, feel free to reach out if youโd like to connect.
Weโre grateful for players like Zoey who are willing to give back, compete, and help set the tone as we begin this evaluation process.

A question families often have in competitive softball is how a team handles pickup players.
Our goal is to build a true roster, not rely on temporary weekend solutions.
We are building for 10 girls, and part of that plan is developing players who can help the team in multiple spots. Ideally, we wonโt need pickup players at all.
But we also understand that seasons bring injuries, illness, family conflicts, and unexpected absences. If we ever do bring in a pickup player, it will be because there is a true need, not because we are trying to replace our own players.
Most importantly, our rostered players will not lose meaningful developmental reps to pickup players.
The girls who commit to this roster, this environment, and this development plan are the priority.
Pickup players may help fill a gap when absolutely necessary, but they will not come in and take over opportunities from the players who are here building this with us.
That is how we protect development.
That is how we protect trust.

Inside Our Standard: Development Requires the Right Environment
Most youth teams talk about development.
We believe the environment has to be defined before development can truly happen.
We believe in accountability. We believe in ownership. We believe young athletes should be challenged. But too often in youth sports, โcoaching hardโ is never clearly defined. Sometimes it simply becomes adults being loud, emotional, or critical without a real foundation behind it.
That is not the environment we are building.
At TN Mojo 2034-White, we want our players attempting high-level plays. We want them taking aggressive swings. We want them making competitive decisions. We want them learning how to play the game with confidence, awareness, and intent.
That cannot happen if a young player is constantly afraid of making a mistake.
So we will not evaluate every moment only by the immediate result.
We will look at the intent.
We will look at the decision.
We will look at whether the player was aggressive, aware, prepared, and trying to make the right softball play.
Ex*****on can be trained. Mechanics can be cleaned up. Timing can improve. Skill can be developed.
But first, the player has to believe she is allowed to compete.
Our coaching staff will protect aggressive mistakes. Our parents will be expected to protect aggressive mistakes. Our players will learn that a mistake made with the right intent is not something to fear, it is part of becoming a better player.
That is how confidence grows.
That is how game IQ grows.
That is how development becomes more than just a word.
This is part of our standard.
