Getting older is not a training program.
I hear people say things like:
“I’m 50 now.”
“My knees aren’t what they used to be.”
“I can’t train like I did when I was younger.”
Fair enough.
But the answer isn’t to stop training hard.
The answer is to train smarter.
That means choosing exercises that fit your body.
Progressing intelligently.
Building muscle.
Improving conditioning.
And respecting recovery without becoming afraid to challenge yourself.
At 40, 50, 60 and beyond, strength becomes more important … not less.
Train the person. Not the birth certificate.
That’s how we coach at Preston Strength.
