This is third species of pygmy seahorse that is commonly seen. It typically lives away from fans, I usually spot them amongst small hydroids and tunicates. Not that I usually spot them - I find this type by far the hardest to find. This shot shows a synchronised dance, most likely for pair bonding or courtship. Male and female seahorses typically form longterm pairs.
