I had some leftover chicken injection and a pack of wings after coming back from smoking up the lot!  Rolled out the Cookshack and decided we would do AR's Hot Honey with some Heath Riles BBQ Cajun creole garlic butter!!

Eastbound and down early this afternoon to Norfolk for the smokin up the lot competition tomorrow. We have chicken, ribs, turkey and people’s choice on deck.
