If you have to go and find him, I don’t believe that he is from God. That goes against scripture.
If you have to convince him and plead with him to see your value and worth, that also goes against scripture.
If he is from God that means you are his missing rib. He will know and understand that you are his good thing (which he found on his own) you are his helpmeet, you are the woman he has been praying for. Of course, I am talking about a man who is led by the Spirit of God, an Adam, a Kingdom-minded man of God.
Allow God to work. Allow the man of God to be led by God.

When he finds you, you will be equally yoked. You want a spiritually mature man of God. One who loves God in spirit and in truth. In word and in deed.
Pray that the Lord continues to perfect things concerning him. Pray that the Lord teach him about honoring God with his lifestyle and his body.
Stay in faith and refuse to lower your standards. God is faithful.
Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

You just gotta believe it.
Walk by faith, not by sight.
Faith comes by hearing, so watch the words that are spoken by the company you keep.
Guard your heart and mind.
Bathe in the presence of the Most High and allow his Spirit to strengthen you from within. It is by FAITH that the promises of God are made manifest. By faith you will receive the desires of your heart (Proverbs 10:24, Psalm 37:4, Luke 1:45). When the voice of doubt speaks, aggressively shut it down by speaking words of faith.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

He will not be intimidated by you. The total package of the woman you are, including your personality, current accomplishments, and future goals and dreams will not intimidate or scare away your future husband.
He has been waiting and praying for you, exactly as you are without even knowing it.
When you communicate about your experiences and future goals the conversation will flow nicely with peace. There will be no judgment or discouragement about your ministry, business, career, or education.
He will recognize those things as value and not disregard your accomplishments and life vision, diminishing your worth (in his eyes) to some curves, nice lips and thick thighs.
He will see and KNOW you are his complement, life partner, HIS rib. A highly valued, cherished, and loved woman of God.

When he finds you he will be a WHOLE man of God in every sense. He will be spiritually whole, mentally whole, emotionally whole and yes, financially WHOLE.
Be encouraged that God is working in his life right now, just as he is working in yours. Preparation is taking place on both sides😉 .
