day 27 of 10k steps✨✨

i think a lot of women are overcomplicating wellness because social media convinced us everything has to be intense to work.

but realistically?
daily walks + strength training 3x/week has me feeling more athletic, energized, lean, disciplined, and mentally clear than i’ve felt in years.

walking has helped me:
👉🏾 regulate stress
👉🏾 improve recovery
👉🏾 stay consistent without burnout
👉🏾 increase overall activity naturally
👉🏾 feel healthier without my life revolving around fitness

and i honestly think it’s one of the most underrated habits for women of all ages and fitness levels.
