A HUGE shoutout to X-bility for raising over $3,500 for our TinySuperheroes! The trivia night was both a success and a blast! Thank you to everyone involved. ❤️
We are happy to announce the launch of our most recent project - The Mindful Woman. This is one of our favorite projects to date.

We carefully selected an elegant color pallet and typography for the logo design and transitioned that look into their web presence.

The project was completed with corresponding sales collateral and stationary.

Loving this today!! Good morning, XB Family!!
At this very moment in time, X-bility has exactly 222 Likes, and according to Doreen Virtue, author of over 50 books including a collection of oracle card decks on the subject of angels and other new age topics, this means . . .

222 — Have faith. Everything’s going to be all right. Don’t worry about anything, as this situation is resolving itself beautifully for everyone involved
My final mentor call. Yes, she made me cry.

I can't express to you my friends how powerful this 90 days has been. To walk with someone as they examine the inner workings of their lives is a glorious process that offers a level of pride and honor that is unmatched.

XB is a gift. In life we struggle to find a place where we feel at peace. Inner turmoil from years of limiting beliefs weighs heavy on every soul. Going through life daily we acquire all of this baggage that we don't even realize stands in our way.

Tearing down those barriers takes courage. Taking ownership of how we show up in our own lives and the lives of those around us takes maturity. Standing up and really examining who we truly are and what we are capable of takes willingness.

The naysayers of the world will always fight for their limitations. And they will also fight for you to stay within yours. But with courage, maturity and willingness...we can find the true beauty of who you are meant to be in this life.

I didn't know what being a mentor would look like. I had doubt and fear that I was incapable of showing her the way to herself. But as we close this 90 day process, there is no question....we did great work on this journey!

And yet, there is still work to be done...THIRD WEEKEND STARTS NOW!!!!

We offer a series of workshops designed to take your life to the next level and to clearly define yo

The more you know:

-Not everyone displays anxiety the same way.
-Not everyone’s anxiety is triggered in the same way.
-Not everyone’s anxiety can be reduced the same way.

If you personally don’t suffer from anxiety, but know someone who does, next time ask what you can do to help THEM better.

They may not need you to do anything. They may want you to sit with them. They may need a hug. They may need you to turn on their favorite song. They may need something totally random.

Whatever it is, they will appreciate you cared enough to ask.

The world needs helpers right now. It needs peacemakers, and joy-givers. It needs light-spreaders, and hope-dealers. It needs lovers, and believers and doers. It needs people who are willing to help, and people who can find a need and then work to fill it. It needs action.

It needs us stepping up to the plate and doing our job. It needs us to shine. It needs us to get uncomfortable and be willing to stand apart.

The world doesn’t need more noise, or more people throwing branches on a fire made of hate. It needs people who are willing to burn with things like grace, and compassion, and kindness. Justice, and mercy, and humility.

The world doesn’t need more people standing around waiting for someone else to pave the way. The world needs us to show the way.

You are capable of making a difference right where you are, right as you are, with exactly what you have. You were made for such a time as this.

Be love in a loud, and a real, and a very big way. ❤️

“COVID really highlights the effects of systemic racism, inequities, and disparities we’ve seen for so many years. It took a pandemic to shine a light on areas in our community when so many of us have been talking about this for years and years. There may be people who still might not want to understand or recognize the effects of systemic racism. I see it in medicine a lot, like when health professionals blame the Black community. It’s unfair to blame somebody with diabetes when their options to eat healthy are 15 or 20 miles away. If they don’t have transportation, of course anybody would just walk to the local corner store. In medicine, we’re not always taught to ask questions about your home life, your environment, or how you might not feel safe walking outside. So why would I tell you to go outside to exercise for 20 or 30 minutes if you have a fear of gun violence? There are so many different aspects that go into caring for somebody without only focusing on the disease in front of you but focusing on the person who’s in front of you — the patient.” (3/5)

Maybe humans should come with warning labels.

One of the key underpinnings of a growth mindset is understanding the brain’s role in learning. The brain is like a muscle--it can grow and change with repeated practice of new skills, just like practicing something like yoga or a sport. This is called neuroplasticity. When you first practice a new skill it feels difficult and laborious. With repeated practice, the neurons in the brain are making stronger connections. Over time, the skill which was once difficult is now second nature.

This concept is very empowering--it is not genetics that determines success, but hard work and perseverance through difficult tasks.

These messages build resilience, and as a result, increases our student’s motivation to embrace challenges.

Here are a few ways we put this into practice:
• Praise the process, not the product.
• Failure is not the end, but the First Attempt In Learning (F.A.I.L.)
• The Power of Yet: This doesn’t make sense...yet; I don’t understand this...yet; This is not working...yet.

The Dragonfly Life

At Dragonfly Development, we are not just teaching courses, but developing a transformational movement, one grounded in a sense of community, mindfulness, integrity, and quantum shifts in perception. We hope to provide tools for building a meaningful and more compassionate world. And we want to inspire people who view their daily opportunities as occasions to serve the betterment of their community and show others how it is possible to design a life that matters rather than a life that is based in mediocrity or limitations.

Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be moving forward. Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, relationships, careers, businesses, and organizations.

My job is not to motivate, judge or dictate. I believe no person is broken and has the capability to create significant change in his or her life if they are willing to take themselves on and do the work.
