I want to take this time to acknowledge Ed Rotton. Since January 13th he has lost a total of 14.75" and a total weight loss off 14lbs. He brings 110% each time he works out! I'm proud of his hard work!!

I want to take this moment and give some praise to my client coach James Nace. This athlete has been through so much in his life and still there is no stopping him. He has the best attitude when he comes in to train. Never gives up, never feels sorry for himself, never looks at the negative in his life. Always allows me to push him more and more each workout! So who ever is reading this post and has been feeling sorry for themselves because they are sore or they have no time to workout. What ever excuse you use to say no, maybe tomorrow, I will start Monday, they don't have my busy life, I'm tired....blah blah blah... This man has been through hell and back at least a 100 times and he still gives me 110%. So suck it up and get rid of that sh*tty attitude and thank God each day for all your blessings!! Thank you Jim for inspiring me each day and for allowing me to train you through this journey in your life❤️❤️❤️

6 months ago I met Michelle and she wanted to compete for the first time. I told her that I will help her BUT instead of trying to crash diet and lose muscle I advised her to diet for a longer time and compete in March. She has worked her tail off and her body fat has dropped from 24% to a 12%! She has lost over 25lbs and over 25 inches! She is in it to win it and I'm proud of her!!!
