I will never doubt the immense privilege it is to hold my baby girl in my arms until she drifts off to sleep. A bad habit? No. this is a precious gift. ❤️

Jamie got a taste of the good life here in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He came to visit me, saw the remote work lifestyle I live, took a surf lesson (and killed it!), danced, drank and was merry this Christmas holiday and I’m so lucky to have spent it with him.
It’s true what they say: “Visiting somewhere new and traveling opens up your eyes to what’s possible”.
All Jamie did was book a flight and 💥 he is already planning on coming back to visit in 2023.
Anyone else interested in visiting? I promise to show you a good time 💃🌴

Todays my last work day before I take vacation for 2 weeks! I can’t wait! 💃
BUT..
If you are a client, please get me your stuff by end of day today. And if you are a student, be sure to schedule our next call for when I am back, relaxed and online at the beginning on January.
And if nothing else, I will be here by the pool 🌊

I love that I get to enjoy my pregnancy at the beach. 🏖️
I think about how I would be doing back in Canada. In the cold weather, with all the unhealthy food options, my lack of motivation to exercise and over work. How would I, personally, do as a pregnant woman there?
Luckily I don’t have to think too hard about it. I plan to have my babies here, raise them by the ocean, in the country that I adore with the man I love.
And my business? It will only continue to thrive. To grow. To scale. Just because I am hitting pause for a little while doesn’t mean I am going anywhere. Ya’ll hear that!? 📣
There are many changes in life - this being A HUGE ONE. But whether your change is big, small, positive, negative; it’s meant to happen. Change with the changes. Flow with the waves.
If you need help navigating changes in your business, set up a consult with me today.

This month has been nuts! ⬇️
From preparing with Yader to be parents, to organizing my maternity leave, to planning my 2023 biz growth strategy, to adapting to my changing body… 😅
Yeah, it’s been A LOT! But… necessary. I have been compartmentalizing my time into different pockets to be able to give enough attention to all of these changes.
This is a friendly reminder to take the time to organize YOUR TIME. Yes, your clients are important. That goes without saying, but you need to practice what you preach, sis!
Take an hour a day to assess your business, your wants, needs, and adjustments. I promise you; you will feel more confident in making decisions once you’ve set goals and standards.
Who’s with me?
