I’m excited to announce that Saturday 31st January at 11am I will be teaching a Pop Up Yogalattes class at the amazing Ebb and Flow yoga studio!

Come along to learn about the similarities and differences between yoga and pilates! A latte from Joe’s bread is included after class with advance sign up.

Hi NW Indiana folks, I wanted to let you know that Thurs Jan 20th will be my last Mat class at Balance One for a few months, as I focus on my new corporate job. BUT I hope to be back this spring, so watch this space! And if I don't see you on 13th or 20th Jan stay well and I hope to see you on the mat soon!
